About Us
In August 2017, I founded Laudermilk Construction. After 20 Years of experience in residential trades and managing new home construction sites, I fulfilled my dream of starting my own construction company where I can focus on my true passion; home renovation and remodeling.
Laudermilk Construction specializes in full-service interior home renovations and remodeling. This includes renovating kitchens, remodeling bathrooms, finishing basements, building out laundry rooms, updating home offices, and even home theaters.
We are a complete service provider that handles all aspects of your project. We do all of the work ourselves; demolition, waste removal, drywall installation, general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cabinet installation, countertop installation, tile installation, appliance installation, door installation, egress window installation in basements and more. We minimize the use of sub-contractors to keep the process streamlined, limit delays and control cost.
At Laudermilk Construction we focus on providing high level workmanship with the best customer experience. We only work on one large project at a time. This focused approach minimizes the amount of time that your home is under construction. All of our resources are concentrated on your job.
