Ricky Laudermilk
Owner, Laudermilk Construction
Ricky was born and raised on the east side of Cincinnati and graduated from Mariemont High School in 1998. Ricky has always had a strong work ethic and a passion for construction starting at a young age. His construction experience began when he was in high school. He worked for JFP Construction on a framing crew for 6 years learning the home building process from the ground up.
In 2002, Ricky joined Michaelson Homes, a luxury custom home builder where he worked for 15 years. Michaelson Homes recognized Ricky's talent and knew he was a valuable asset to the company. They invested in his professional growth so he could add value across the business. They trained him in tile and grout installation, drywall and interior trim installation. Michaelson Homes provided him with management training and promoted him to a Project Supervisor. Over the following 8 years Ricky focused on increasing customer satisfaction and delivering his projects on time and on budget. As a result Michaelson Homes, promoted him again in 2015to a Project Coordinator.
In 2017, with 20 years of construction and project management experience in his portfolio, Ricky decided to fulfill his lifelong dream and opened his own remodeling and construction company, Laudermilk Construction.
Ricky is happily married to his best friend Ashley Laudermilk. Ricky and Ashley reside in Morrow on Ashrick Farm, a gorgeous 10 acre farm with their dogs, chickens, and cows. They also have four amazing children, 3 sons and 1 daughter: Zack, Greg, Dustin, and Kalei.
Tim Mulligan
Business Partner, Laudermilk Construction
Tim was born in Connecticut and graduated from Holy Cross. After many years of flipping homes in Boston, Massachusetts, Tim relocated to Cincinnati to be closer to his wife's family. After many years of construction experience and working with Ricky at Michaelson Homes, he partnered with in his new venture. Tim has been a valuable asset to Laudermilk Construction. Tim specializes in the electric and plumbing trades, but also assists with demolition and trim work. Tim lives in Kennedy Heights with his wife Teresa and family.
Dustin Laudermilk
Apprentice, Laudermilk Construction
Dustin is Ricky's youngest son. Dustin graduated from Milford High School in 2019, where he was an excellent student and a standout athlete in both football and lacrosse. In the fall of 2019, Dustin attended Mt. Saint Joseph College where he played football and studied education. From a young age, Dustin has always had a passion for building things and has grown up learning about construction and carpentry from Ricky. Dustin spent the summer working at the Milford Lowe's, expanding his knowledge of the materials used in the construction trade. Dustin has a natural talent in carpentry, trim work and tile installation. On his days off from Lowe's he worked with the Laudermilk Construction Team on the job sites. He enjoyed this opportunity so much that he decided to join the team as a full-time employee at Laudermilk Construction.
